A large number of soldiers were seen arriving near the Khasan crossing point between the two nations Russia and North Korea late on Tuesday.  Russia is thought to be concerned at the build-up of US troops in Korean peninsula ,could be used as clever pretext to wage fully scale war to debilitating the entire region. As Donald Trump and Kim Jong-un continue their war of words anytime war could broke out. Moscow has previously moved small troops, but now other measure has taken to increase military presence at the border area as tensions between the US and Kim’s regime reach boiling point.

Frants Klintsevich, the first deputy chairman of the Russian upper house's Committee on Defence and Security, has warned that any US action against North Korea would also be seen as a hostility towards Russia due to their shared border. President Putin has indicated that the world will have to accept a nuclear armed North Korea, warning that the North Korean people would rather “eat grass” than go without weapons that protect them, from eminent threat posed by U.S and allies. And the new military build-up comes after Russian military concluded its war game Zapad-2017 to demonstrate its firepower and the latest launch of an inter-continental ballistic missile RS-12M Topol last night.  Russia has also carried out a number of maneouvres with PLA-Chinese military in recent weeks as an indication to relay message to the west that probably the history might repeat itself.

Military experts believe the country is trying to show off its military might amid simmering tensions over the Korean peninsula. Other sources claimed that the previous drills shows Russia was practicing war scenarios involving NATO troops in the eventually conflict. The troop deployment and heavy armaments it comes as North Korean Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho on Monday accused the US President of declaring war on the secretive state. The North Korean minister was reacting to Mr Trump's Twitter comments that Kim and Ri "won't be around much longer" if they acted on their threats toward the United States. Mr Trump said again yesterday that any US military option would be “devastating” for the country but claimed he preferred not to use force. He said: "If we take that option, it will be devastating,"  if we have to take it, we will.”
The RS-12M Topol successfully hit its target at a range in Kazakhstan as tensions with North Korea's crackpot despot Kim Jong-un threaten to boil over. The warhead test took place at the Kapustin Yar range in Russia’s southern Astrakhan Region. This could be a sterling warning to any potential threat that ever expanding in the region. According to the source in Russian military force said the new ICBM can breaching "enemy" missile defence system.

It will also test the advanced combat equipment of the Russian missiles. A spokesman said: "A combat union of the Russian Strategic Missile Forces test launched an intercontinental ballistic missile Topol RS-12M from the Kapustin Yar state central range in the Astrakhan region and hit the its target at the range in Kazakhstan. The goal of the launch was to test advanced ballistic missile warheads, and Topol will be used to develop advanced anti-missile defense penetration aids.
