Namibian graduate student charged in alleged sexual rape at Iowa State University in the U.S
Namibia graduate student charged in two different accounts with sexual abuse at Iowa State University, United States. police have arrested Namibian student accused him of sexually abusing two women earlier this month at his university apartment. 

Jona Shitaleni Paulus was doing his internship works at the Department of Animal Science with the same University. Jona was charged on Thursday 11 April with third-degree sexual assault. He is still held in Story County Jail on $50,000 raging to (N$803,000) in bond. A preliminary hearing for Jonas has been scheduled for 1 P.M. on 29 April 2019 at the Story County Courthouse in Nevada, U.S and there is a possibility for another additional charges.

According to online court documents Paulus committed sex acts with two woman that all happened in the University Village complex the serious one occurred during the early morning hours of April 6 and other one he allegedly did it within 24 hrs. The two met on dating App and had been talking for a couple of weeks. The woman invited Paulus to her apartment to "cuddle and sleep only,".  A criminal complaint alleges that the victim told Paulus she did not want to have sex. 

The victim repeatedly told Paulus to stop touching, but he sexually assaulted her, and proceeded to commit multiple sex acts against her will during the course of the night and took photos and video, police said. She was eventually able to push him off of her body and then began recording him with her phone. "I told you no," she said in a recording, to which Paulus replied, "I know, I know." 

After Paulus fell asleep, she looked through the pictures stored on his phone and found photos and videos "similar in nature with a lot of different girls. She was able to escape and call 911. When police interviewed Paulus three days later, he admitted a sex act had occurred but told authorities it was consensual. 

The victim told police that Paulus also took explicit footage of earlier encounter. She said that it appeared the women in the images and videos did not know that were being recorded. "We've gotten a lot of campus reports of sexual assault, so that's a really scary situation to be in," Iowa State sophomore Taylor Butler said. ISU spokeswoman Annette Hacker said there is an "open, ongoing police investigation" into Paulus. A search warrant application by university police additionally says Paulus is the subject of an investigation into a second sexual assault that took place the night of April 6 at Buchanan Hall.
