Mr. Yusuf Kisa, the President of GIFA Holding LTD
Like any transformative technology, this has created new challenges. So-called "Deep Fakes"—produced by deep generative models that can manipulate videos, images, and audio clips. Deep Faces normally are synthetic media in which a person in an existing image or video is replaced with someone else's likeness.

Deepfakes have garnered widespread attention on social media for their uses in celebrity pornographic videos, revenge attacks, fake news, hoaxes, and other net frauds. These two malicious websites (1) https://www.yusufkisakimdirkktc.com/ and (2https://www.yusufkisakimdir.net/ which are now been taken down are one of those. Google too like any other searching engine considers these issues very seriously.

The two websites were created in Mr. Yusuf Kisa's name and have been on the net unnoticed for almost two years now.  Such toxic content may stand as a breach of contract of the Accepted Usage Policy (AUP) of the Web Hosting Service Provider, for those domain names. The first content in the websites was published on 28 February 2018 at 18:23. Website no.1 registrar server is whois.publicdomainregistry.com, hosted by DDOS-Guard on a WordPress software, recently it got a renewal extension to the next year 03 September 2021 and website (2) hosted by GoDaddy.  All have been taken down!

Thanks to Abuse Mitigation Team of PublicDomainRegistry for taken up action against malicious sites and so doing maintaing the internet community safe from FAKE NEWS, social aggressions and identity theft!

The website has violently made false accusations and fake representations on the internet base on twisted information. The owner(s) of the websites also created a Facebook account with the profile and picture of Mr. Yusuf Kisa which they used to post porn and other funny content to defame the person in the said complaint, after the complaint was made to Facebook the account was taken down, immediately.

The websites were created with evil intentions based on the business competition: To tarnish, defame and impersonate the said person. The Court of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus made a legal decision in both (Turkish and English) to block/remove offensive contents after assessing the information in case no.79/20 thus the court issued an order on 28/ 7/2020 as pronounced in the verdict.

As it was published in AI Principles last year, Google is committed to developing AI best practices to mitigate the potential harm and abuse on the internet. In January 2018, Google announced the release of a dataset of synthetic speech in support of an international challenge to develop high-performance fake content detectors. The dataset was downloaded by more than 150 research and industry organizations as part of tackling the challenge. The dataset is now freely available to the public.

Since their first appearance in late 2017, many open-source deepfake generation methods have emerged, leading to a growing number of synthesized media clips and twisted contents. While many are likely intended to be humorous, others could be harmful to individuals, businesses and society.

In collaboration with Jigsaw, Google has announced the release of a large dataset of visual deepfakes that has been incorporated into the Technical University of Munich and the University Federico II of Naples’ FaceForensics benchmark, an effort that Google co-sponsors.

The incorporation of these data into the FaceForensics video benchmark is in partnership with leading researchers, including Prof. Matthias NiessnerProf. Luisa Verdoliva and the FaceForensics team. You can download the data on the FaceForensics github page.
