Users must open a GIFA Exchange account from the mobile App, or on the main website, for verification purposes they should use the email address or phone number. Users should complete the Identity Verification on their GIFA Exchange account to unlock more features. This process typically takes a few minutes to complete, which includes verifying your basic account information, providing ID, Passport, and uploading other required information such as the utility bills, etc.
There are two trading settings: Basic and Advanced. The Basic trade setting has a simple layout that’s easy to understand. You must remember that GIFA Exchange is a professional trading platform, so even the Basic trade setting might seem too complicated for some beginners to use.
However, it won’t take you long to grasp it! The Advanced trade setting gives expert traders access to all the price charts and market data that they need to make complex trades. This is only a basic tutorial, as shown in the video.
How Do I Fund My Account?
All registered users can deposit fiat money using bank transfer, GIFA Exchange supports several fiat currencies such as GBP, USD, EUR, and TL. Once deposited, you can use them to buy crypto directly. To move the funds to the exchange, you need ETH gas in your digital wallet.
If you’re sending ETH to GIFA Exchange, you need to get an Ethereum address from your GIFA account. Don't just send it randomly, to any address you have otherwise your crypto (ETH) will get lost for good and the company will never compensate the asset that was sent to the wrong address. In the past, the company helped to refund some users, who did the same thing.
Every day, thousands of cryptocurrencies are being lost during transactions due to simple sending mistakes and errors. Sending your crypto to the wrong address could lead your cryptos to get lost or get into the wrong account. GIFA Token platform operates on a pure blockchain system and its decentralized nature of the transaction has made the transaction irreversible, therefore there retrieving or recovering the asset that lost or refunds users who sent crypto to invalid addresses prove to be untenable. Currently, there are over 200,000 ERC-20 tokens available across multiple blockchains, networks, and crypto exchanges. Take a note you will never find a digital wallet preloaded with all the cryptocurrencies. For instance, GIFA Wallet supports GIFX, BTC, ETH, LTC, BCH, USDT, XRP, and BNB. It is your duty to make sure you have used the correct address of each individual crypto.
To add /send crypto to your wallet or to the exchange you need to take the correct address of each asset. Login to the GIFA Exchange, hover a cursor on the wallet bar in the exchange on the Top-left. The additional page in the (screenshot) below will appear then locate the exact address of the crypto you want to Deposit or Withdraw.
This functionality is already in the exchange on the Top-left, you just need to click on the wallet to see the list of all the cryptos on the platform. Select ETH in the list and get the Ethereum address. Now you can use that address to add a gas to the account! This same process also applies to other cryptos as well.
GIFA Token is an Ehereum based token, both two assets have addresses that look almost the same, but they are unique in their own designs. Word of caution: don't try to send ETH to GIFX address ( 0xb817a326f26a4ad2ee6db73bea931924078fe4b8), the transaction may go through but it will not come in your account. GIFX address is intended only to receive GIFX. You should get ETH address to send ETH. Instead, you must only send BTC to BTC address, GIFX to GIFX address. Don't send ETH to BTC address, this is wrong the asset will get lost!

You’re responsible for the security of your account, so be safe! Your GIFA Exchange account is only as safe as the device you’re accessing it from. Make sure all the devices you use to access your account are free from bugs and viruses. Please note that you should never share your wallet passwords, private keys, or 2FA codes with anyone. GIFA Token will never ask you to disclose sensitive information.
