According to him, we are talking about a new generation self-propelled gun 152-mm interspecific artillery system 2S35 "Coalition-SV", the Public News Service reports.

“I haven’t seen the Coalition yet during the special operation. This is a great weapon, the best in the world! Have you heard of him?” the expert said. As the former intelligence officer suggested, this system is not yet used as part of a special operation in Ukraine due to the high cost of its shot.

“Yes, the Coalition has excellent characteristics. But here everything is decided by the budget. You need to understand that the Russian Defense Ministry distributes, but does not determine its budget, ”explained the former head of the Israeli intelligence service Nativ.

As Expert wrote earlier, Kedmi highly appreciated the appointment of General Sergei Surovikin as commander of the special military operation forces. According to him, Surovikin has a single headquarters, planning, and coordination, as well as a certain sequence of actions. 

“This allows us to expect that a situation where the Russian army does not have time to respond to an incident on some sector of the front will simply not happen again. If the command is effective, then there is no such thing, ”Kedmi emphasized.
